THERE are a pair of exciting Bradford derbies coming up in the FA Cup extra preliminary round, which will be held on September 1.

Campion will host Albion Sports, while Eccleshill United will welcome Silsden to the Mitton Group Stadium.

Liversedge will make the trip to Irlam, who they beat 2-0 in a friendly at the weekend, Barnoldswick Town visit AFC Darwen, while Thackley travel to Runcorn Town.

But it is Thackley who could face the derby if they get through, as they or Runcorn will host Brighouse Town in the preliminary round on September 12.

Speaking of Runcorn, the winner of the Campion and Albion clash will visit Runcorn Linnets in the next round.

Sedge will visit Ramsbottom United if they beat Irlam, while the winner of Eccleshill against Silsden will host Avro or Bootle.

If Barlick beat Darwen, they will visit Marine.

As for the FA Vase First Qualifying Round, which will go ahead on September 19, Thackley visit Durham City, while Eccleshill and Albion also face away trips, against Holker Old Boys and Crook Town respectively.

Liversedge host Handsworth, Silsden entertain Garstang and Steeton will welcome Jarrow to Marley.

Barnoldswick go to Newton Aycliffe for their first qualifying round clash.

As for the second round, due to go ahead on October 10, a Thackley win would see them host Harrogate Railway Athletic or Cleator Moor Celtic, while Eccleshill would host Albion if both sides won their opening games.

Steeton would host Birtley Town or Squires Gate, Sedge would be at home to Ashton Athletic, Silsden would welcome Guisborough Town or Washington, while a Barlick win would see them entertain Bishop Auckland or Billingham Synthonia.

Elsewhere, in the FA Trophy Second Qualifying Round, Brighouse face a trip to Kendal Town on October 17.

FA competitions are expected to get underway behind closed doors, it remains to be seen when that directive will change.
