KEIGHLEY Cougars are holding their annual end of season awards at the end of the month.

When Bradford Bulls’ take place on Wednesday, September 27 at Odsal, their season could still be going, if they qualify for the play-offs by beating London Broncos and the Sheffield Eagles in their final two fixtures.

However, Cougars’ campaign will be over one way or another when they have their awards on Thursday, September 28.

They are still locked in a battle to stay up alongside Whitehaven and Swinton, but face two tricky fixtures against Halifax Panthers and London as they attempt to ensure survival in the Betfred Championship.

If they achieve that, expect a raucous atmosphere at Cougar Park for the awards night, with the ceremony being held in the club’s Hall of Fame bar.

The night is free of charge for those wishing to attend, with supper included.

The club have also opened their Fans’ Player of the Year vote ahead of the awards night.

In 2022, the club were scooping awards left, right and centre, with then head coach Rhys Lovegrove named League One head coach of the year and Jack Miller crowned League One Player of the Year.

Both have since left the club.
