Keighley Cougars head coach Barry Eaton has delayed until tomorrow (Friday) naming his team to play Rochdale Hornets in the Co-operative National League Two Elimination Semi-Final at Cougar Park on Sunday, kick off 3.00pm.
Eaton has named a 20-man squad from which he will name the team for the crucial play-off game.
He expects the basis of the team to be from the 17-man squad that beat Workington Town 32-14 in last Sunday’s Elimination Play-off with the addition of Karl Smith, Greg Nicholson and Gavin Duffy.
Nicholson has been recovering from a shoulder injury.
Eaton said: “I’ve one or two injury problems to check on before I can finalise the team.
“The biggest worry for us is Andy Shickell who had a calf strain for which he has been under treatment but we’re optimistic about his chances of being fit.”
