Keighley Cougars face a daunting trip to reigning champions Warrington in the fourth round of the Challenge Cup.
After an impressive win against Toulouse in the last round, the Championship One side were drawn away to the Wolves in yesterday’s draw.
Cougars will travel to the Halliwell Jones Stadium on the weekend of May 7 and 8 and confidence is high after Jason Demetriou’s side claimed another big win.
A 44-10 triumph at Gateshead means they lead the way in the league after starting the season with back-to-back wins.
Olly Pursglove opened the scoring within two minutes, converted by Dan Belcher, and Cougars never looked back after that.
Richard Jones, James Hutchinson, Belcher and Chris Baines scored further tries and Pursglove grabbed his second before Will Cartledge rounded off the first-half scoring. Belcher kicked a further four conversions.
But Gateshead responded well after the break, while Cougars faded, and scored through Micky Ward and Joe Brown, Ryan Clarke adding one conversion.
Despite their second-half struggles, James Feather rounded off the scoring nine minutes from time, Belcher converting.
