KEIGHLEY rock ‘n’ roll covers band Blue Suede Dudes are going back on the road to play two of their regular haunts.
The trio, who play rock ‘n’ roll classics, can be seen at the Acorn, Eldwick, on June 23, and Oakworth Social Club on July 14.
Blue Suede Dudes – Dale Kitson, Roger Kirby and Lee Kitson – came together to play songs of the 50s for Dale’s 50th birthday.
The performance proved so popular with the partygoers that the three men, all experienced musicians, decided to form a permanent band.
Roger was a member of 1980s Keighley band Single File, which last summer reformed for a special gig.
